These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph325 ("ph325," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph325 website located at ph325.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph325 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph325, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph325. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph325 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

ph325 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have notified ph325 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

ph325 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the ph325 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph325 wallet within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. ph325 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary. ph325 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are expressed in Philippine Peso (₱). ph325 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
• Fees: ph325 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which ph325 bears no responsibility.
• Fraud Prevention: ph325 employs fraud detection systems. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be delayed, reversed, or referred to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

You agree that all funds deposited into your ph325 account are from legitimate sources and that you are not engaging in any form of money laundering or financial fraud. ph325 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines.

ph325 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcomes, ph325 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the players' accounts. Winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph325 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ph325 Platform, software, or security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph325 Platform without prior written consent from ph325.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph325 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ph325's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph325 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph325 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

ph325 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph325 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph325 customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph325 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

ph325 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph325 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ph325 Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
